1. Orders, Payments and Delivery

1.1 Once you purchase consultancy services, account manager will be assigned to you to take care project implementation.

1.2 The payment of the service will be done through online platform.

2. Refund/Cancellations

2.1 At any point, write to vishal@tenexconsultancy.com to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days.
